This Bronze Buddha Amitabha statue about 10 ins in height was sold to me at half price (S$350) by Mr Lim of Alexon Trading about 15 years ago on the occasion of my birthday. It has since been displayed on my altar in my living room. According to Mr Lim, he bought the statue from England during one of his buying trips there, and he claimed it was hand crafted by an Englishman.
The unique feature of this statue of Buddha Amitabha in meditative posture is the perpetually smooth and unblemished serene face, free from dirt and grease which settle on the rest of the body of the statue.
